音乐在大学乒乓球基础教学应用的实验研究

The Research on the Application of Music to Basic College Table-Tennis Training

音乐与体育有着密切的联系,但音乐在球类教学中的应用仅限于开始和结尾部分,我尝试将音乐引入到乒乓球基础教学中,改良了以往徒手练习如:徒手挥拍、步法,枯燥但又必要的过程,学生的练习积极性大大提高,从而提高了教学质量。

Music has a close relationship with physical education,but its application to ball games education is confined to the beginning and the ending of the class.I try to introduce it to the whole process,especially the basic skill training process of tabletennis teaching,the author argues that what seem tedious but fundamental empty-handed practices,like waving and footwork,will become much improved and the students＇ interests will hence be greatly stimulated.
