Problems and Strategies of the Cultivation of College Party Activists

大学生党员作为党员队伍的新鲜血液和强大的后继力量,其质量好坏将会影响到党员队伍今后的发展,这是执政党必须高度重视的问题。入党积极分子作为大学生成为正式党员的必经过程,其培养质量与今后党员队伍整体素质紧密相关。本文立足大学生入党积极分子教育培养的实情,从培养对象、培养体制等方面分析其存在的问题,并提出改善建议。

College student party member,as the new vitality and strong force of our party,influences the future development of our party,so it should attracts much attentions.Party activist is the necessary path to become a real party member,so the cultivation of party activist closely relates to the overall quality of our party in the futureBased on the cultivation situation,this paper analyzes its problems from the aspects of cultivation objectives and cultivation system,and proposes some suggestions to improve it.
