摘要
在学校管理中,如何调动教师的工作积极性和创造性,提高教育教学的质量,是每一个学校管理者所面临的课题,本文首先分析了激励的概念和重要性,并提出了小学学校管理中的激励机制,为管理者有效地激发教师的积极性具有一定的实践意义。
In school management,how to arouse teachers' activeness and creativity and to improve the quality of education and teaching is a topic for every school manager.This paper firstly analyzes the definition and importance of stimulation,and proposes the incentive mechanism in primary school management,which is of certain practical significance to effectively stimulate teachers' activeness.
