高校学生管理精致化的信息技术实现策略

Information Technology Strategies for Delicacy Student Management in Colleges and Universities

以通信、网络和计算机技术为典型代表的信息技术非常有助于学生管理精致化目标的实现。当以精致化为评判标准审视高校学生管理信息化现状时,诸如"信息孤岛"、软硬件建设不同步等深层次问题便凸显出来。在精致化教育理念指导下,高校学生管理信息化的内涵至少应包括四个方面:管理信息数字化、管理沟通交互化、事务流程规范化、服务引导个性化。技术方案应当采用B/S架构的网站模式,运维模式应当采用分权分域限制和基于角色的访问控制。

Information technology,whose typical representatives are communication technology,network technology and computer technology,is very helpful for achieving the goal of delicacy student management.If we use delicacy management as the criterion to survey the current situation of the student management informatization level in colleges and universities,lots of shortcomings are highlighted,such as Information Island,incoordination between software and hardware,and etc.Under the guidance of the idea of delicacy management,the connotations of student management informatization includes four aspects：digitalizing management information,improving interactionlevel of managerial communication,standardizing affairs procedures,personalizing education and service. Technology scheme should adopt the B/S structure website model,operation and maintenance mode should adopt role-based access control,decentralized management and domain split technique.
