农村教师专业化发展是提高农村教育质量的根本路径。目前,我国农村教师专业化发展正面临举步维艰的困难状态:农村教师发展缺失时间资源、经济资源和学习资源。因此,努力探寻各种资源补偿之途径是帮助农村教师专业化发展走出困境的重要之举。

The professional development of rural teachers is the basic approach to improve the quality of rural education. In the present time, the professional development of rural teachers in China is confronted with dilemmas：the lack of time resource, economic resource and learning resource.Therefore,it is an important measure to explore approaches of resource compensation.
