本文通过分析研究生群体特点和当前研究生德育工作中存在的问题,提出辅导员要提升自身素质,以理想信念教育贯彻教育始终,以人为本,搭建平台培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,创新研究生德育工作思路,提升管理水平,切实加强研究生德育工作。

By analyzing the characteristics of postgraduates and the problems in the moral education of postgraduate,this article proposed the counselor to enhance their own quality education in ideals and beliefs,to build a people-oriented platform for training students＇ practical ability and innovation ability, to innovate the work ideas and promote the management level in strengthening the moral education of postgraduate effectively.
