Application of Game Teaching Method in College English Teaching

本文从目前大学英语课堂存在的问题出发,分析了游戏教学的作用以及在大学英语教学中的适用性。游戏教学的有效性与游戏设计的科学性、合理性以及教师的实际操作是分不开的,因此本文还探讨了游戏教学的原则以及在操作过程中应注意的问题。

This paper firstly points out the problems in the present college English teaching.It analyzes the effectiveness of game teaching method and its applicability to college English teaching. However, the effectiveness of game teaching depends on the game design and teachers＇ operation.Therefore, the paper explores the principles in applying game teaching method and the matters to which teachers should pay attention to when using games.
