高校学生党员是优秀青年学生的代表,大学生预备党员是党员中的一个重要组成部分,预备党员的教育是高校党建工作的重点。党员预备期的教育和管理工作还存在许多薄弱环节,通过分析新时期大学生预备党员教育的新要求和措施,来进一步加强和改进大学生预备党员的教育管理。

Communist of college students stands for the elite youths.Probationary party member is an important part of communist and the education of probationary party member plays a key role in political education and party construction. In practice,lots of measures should be taken for the education and management of probationary party member.By analyzing the new requirement and measure of probationary party member in modern time,it is concluded that education of probationary party member should be improved.
