The training and educating of Party activists leads a crucial role in the Party construction work of universities.On the basis of objective analysis and practical experience in Party affairs in Jiaxing University,the author makes explorations on the training and educating of Party activists in colleges and universities under the new situation, in order to promote positive adjustment of motives of joining the Party and building up a good-quality reserve team of party members.
