对于高职院校的发展和管理来说,加强学生干部队伍的建设是其重要的工作之一,同时它对于学校各项工作的开展和推动都起着重要作用。作为新时期大学主体的重要组成,培养他们的领导能力和自我管理能力具有重要意义,在这方面,我们要积极提供平台并制定相应的措施,进而建设一支高效、规范的学生干部队伍。本文就从这一问题出发,其中结合了当前学生干部队伍建设中存在的问题进行分析,并重点论述和探讨了如何建设学生干部队伍的问题。

For the development and management of higher vocational colleges,to enhance the construction of student cadre team is very important,for it also promote other affairs in the school.As an important component of college in the new period,it is significant to cultivate their leadership and self-management. The college should provide a platform and make corresponding measures, so as to construct a efficient and standardized cadre team. Based on the analysis of the issue and the analysis of the present problems in the process, this paper expounds and explores how to construct a student cadre team.
