A Study on the Employment System of Vocational College

本文从社会、学校、学生等方面分析了就业难的原因,提出了职业院校就业指导工作要实现突破和转变,进一步创新工作体制以适应新的形势需要,旨在为职业院校大学生就业工作提供可行性建议。

This article analyzes the difficulties in college students＇ employment from the aspects of society,college and the student himself,and proposes that vocational college should realize the breakthrough and changes towards the employment guidance to innovate the system to adapt to the new situation, and it intends to offer some feasible proposals for the students＇ employment of vocational college.
