摘要
本文重点阐述了高校辅导员队伍的稳定与发展策略,提出建立健全高校辅导员选拔和准入制度,加快高校辅导员队伍的职业化步伐以及提高社会、高校、自身对辅导员工作的认同度等措施,保障高校辅导员队伍的稳定与发展。
The paper puts emphases on the strategy of the stability and development of college assistants rank,including establishing and perfecting the system of college counselor selecting and admittance,speeding up the professionalism paces of college assistants rank,and improving the identification degree of counsellor work.Through these methods,college assistants rank can be effectively stabilized and developed.
