摘要
幼师是幼教课程改革的主力军,其素质关系幼儿的发展。本文阐述了课改对幼儿教师的影响并就如何提高幼师的综合素质提出了自己的看法。
Kindergarten teacher is the main force of preschool education curriculum reform,and their quality relates to children＇s development.This article explains the impact of the curriculum for early childhood teachers and my views on how to improve the comprehensive quality of kindergarten teachers.
