As a teacher,one should pay attention to students＇ mind and the growth of their healthy personality,learn to win the trust of students,and actively participate in students＇ activities,so as to become students＇ partner.Teachers should make democratic dialogue with students and have open mind,so as to be a bosom friend of students and contain different characteristics of students.
