摘要到位的学习支持服务是保证远程教育服务质量的关键,而非学术性学习支持服务又是学习支持服务的重要组成部分。本文通过问卷调查,分析X远程教育机构在非学术性学习支持服务方面存在的问题,并根据调查结果,给出了适合此机构的非学术性学习支持服务策略的建议,帮助提高远程教育质量。 The key of distance education quality is its learning support and service,while non-academic learning support and se.rvice is its important component.This paper adopts questionnaire to analyze the problems in non-academic learning support and service of X distance education institute,and proposes p, roper suggestions for this institute, aiming to help it improve the quality of distance education.
