摘要
中小学布局调整不仅是硬件建设问题,更是一个长期的软件建设过程。分析中小学布局调整下教师群体发展中存在的问题,提出布局调整下教师群体建设策略:加强学习与交流,减少校园人际冲突;重视培训与疏导,提高教师综合素质;创设多种有效载体,搭建群体健康发展平台;重视组织气候建设,形成和谐人际氛围。
The adjustment of primary and secondary schools layout is not only hardware construction,but also a long-term software construction process.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of teacher group in the adjustment,and puts forward the strategy for the construction of teacher group:to strengthen learning and communication,so as to reduce campus interpersonal conflict;to pay attention to training and counseling,so as to improve teachers' comprehensive quality;to create a variety of effective carrier,so as to build the platform of group healthy development;to pay attention to the construction organization atmosphere,so as to form harmonious interpersonal atmosphere.
