浅谈“90后”大学新生容易面临的问题及相应的引导方法

Discussion on the Problems "Post-90s" College Freshmen are Prone to Encountering and the Corresponding Measures

随着高校新生逐渐变成更加个性化的"90后",对于新生的入学教育,以及如何引导他们快速适应全新的大学生活等各方面的管理也随之出现了新的问题与挑战。本文针对"90后"大学新生入学后普遍呈现出的对于高校的教学模式、学习方式、课余时间利用、与同学相处等方面的问题做出了相应的分析,并综合了对相关问题进行引导的有效方法。

With the college freshmen gradually becoming the more personalized ＂post-90＂ generation,there are more problems and challenges on how to guide them to quickly adapt to the new university life and other aspects of freshmen management.This study summarized the common problems faced by post-90 generation freshmen on the teaching mode of university,learning method by oneself,after-school time use and getting along with classmates in university,and gave some comprehensive guide for resolving the issues in an effective way.
