让“7S”管理走进中职汽车发动机拆装教学

发动机拆装是中职汽修专业的基础课程汽车构造的重要组成部分,中职汽修专业的学生喜欢动手,拆装热情很高,但实训课结束后学生往往多出一部分零件,或者损坏实训设备和工具,实训教师要花较长时间整理场地,通过"7S"管理规范的拆装,可以培养学生的职业技能,养成认真负责的工作态度和一丝不苟的工作作风。

Engine disassembly and assembly is an important basic course of secondary vocational automobile repair.Automobile repair majors are enthusiasm with practice,but there are many problems after practice course,which occupies teachers＇ long time to arrange practice field.With the help of ＂7S＂ management,students＇ occupational skills will be cultivated and their careful working attitude will be developed.
