大学班长承担着管理者的角色,是班级的领头人,在学校与班级,教师与学生之间起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。做好大学班长,必须具备一定的能力,本文拟从交往能力、号召力和亲和力、交谈能力、关心和照顾他人能力、组织和协调力、营造文化氛围的能力六个方面,浅析做大学班长强化班级管理的一些体会,希望能给同仁以帮助和借鉴。

The college monitor shoulder the role of a manager,who leads the class and plays link role between the school and class,the teacher and students.In order to be a good college monitor,one should possess certain abilities.This paper analyzes some experience of strengthening class management from six aspects,hoping to provide some help and references.
