对“两型”农村社区建设模式的探讨

Discussion on Construction Mode of "Two-Type" Rural Communities

规模大、分布集中并不是农村社区的必然要求,而节约资源、保护环境应成为新时代农村社区建设的根本宗旨。为了践行"两型"农村社区建设理念,大拆大建的多村大合并社区建设模式不应被大规模推广,而立足于原有自然村的完善升级型农村社区应成为主导模式。

For the construction of rural communities,large scale and distribution in focus are not necessary requirement but saving resources and protecting environment should be a fundamental principle in the new era.In order to practice the idea of ＂Two-Type＂ rural communities,large concentrated mode based on breaking and mergering of villages should not be promoted extensively,and mode based on perfection and upgrading of the original village should be the dominant pattern.
