远志对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性影响的实验研究

Effects of polygala tenuifolia willd on SOD activity of RBC and GSH-Px activity of liver tissue in aging mouse caused by D-galactose

采用D-半乳糖致哀小鼠，观察远志水煎剂对衰老小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），肝组织谷脱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－PX）活性的影响．实验结果表明，远志水煎剂可使衰老小鼠RBC中SOD、肝组织GSH－PX活性明显升高，提示远志水煎剂对衰老小鼠具有抗衰老作用，且最佳用药时间为30d．

To observe the effects of polygala tenuifolia willd on SOD activety in RBC and GSH-Px in the liver tissue; the aging mouse model caused by D-galactose was used. The result showed that polygala tenuifolia willd could obviously increase the SOD activity in RBC and GSH-Px in the liver tissue. suggesting polygala tenuifolia willd decoction had some anti-aging function and the best time giving drug needed of 30 days.
