摘要
为探讨抗衰老机理.本实验采用D-半乳糖致表模拟小鼠自然衰老环境,灌胃刺美幕水前剂30d、测定衰老小鼠红细胞SOD活力和MDA含量.实验结果表明,与模型组相比,刺蒺藜能明显提高小鼠红细胞的SOD活性(P<0.01)、降低MDA含量(P<0.01).提示刺蒺藜能提高小鼠抗氧化作用,可延缓小鼠红细胞衰老。
To probe the antiaging machinism for tribulus terrestrisL. The aging model by D-galactose was used to simulate the environment of mouse ndsral aging in the experiment. At the same time, given Tribulus terrestrisL decoction for 30 days, the activities of superioxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of Malondialhy dride (MDA) in RBC were measured. The results showed that compared with model group, Tribulus terrestrisl decoction coulu obviously enhance the activities of SOD and decreased the contest of MDA, Suggesting Tribulus terrestrisl decoction could ralse the antioxidation activity of mouce RBC and delay aging.
