摘要
目的:研究分光光度法测定大豆磷脂中磷的含量.方法:将样品中的有机磷酸化合物分解转化为无机磷酸盐,再利用在酸性溶液中磷酸盐与铜酸接及Fiske-Subbarow试剂作用生成蓝色的化合物,在660um处用分光光度法测定.结果:磷的浓度在0.04ug/ml-0.16ug/ml之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.57%(n=9).结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好.
Objective: To develop an assay for the determination of phosphorus level in soya lecithin by spectrophotometry Methods: Spectrophotometry was se lected to determine the phospho rus l e ve I in soya l e c ith in, based on the fo rmation of the blue complex by phosphate with ammonium molybdate and Fiske-Subbarow reagent in acid solution. Resulitsf The linearity for phosphorus was ranged over 0.04-0.16ug/ml with r=0.9999, the average recovery of 100. 1% and RSD of 0.57% (n=9). Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproduciable.
