摘要 对20例正常婴儿和30例脑性瘫痪婴儿LMO条颅内动脉行双功能彩色多普勒(TCD)检查.结果显示,左右动脉间无显著差异(P<0.05);两级间大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)的平均血流速度(Vm)收缩期峰值(VS)和舒张期末速度(Ved)均有显著性差异(P<0.05).脑瘫组颅内动脉血流速度均低于正常组,且搏动指数(PI)脑血管阻力指数(RI)高于正常组.我们检测脑瘫患儿TCD异常率为80%.脑血管阻力指数(RI)高于正常组TCD作为一种安全,无创伤、可重复的方法可为脑瘫患儿早期诊断、治疗和评估预后提供依据. 300 intracranial arteries of 20 normal children and 30 children with cerebral palsy were determined by Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography (TCD). The results showed that there was no difference between the left and right artery in all groups (P<0.05). The mean velocity (Vm) peak systolic velocity (Vs) and peak end-distolic velovity (Ved) of ACA, MCA and PCA had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The intracranial artery blood flow velocity in cerebral palsy groups was lower than that of the normal group, whereas the pulsalive index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were higher than those of the normal group.The TCD abnormality rate of children with cerebral palsy was 80%. We conclude that TCD and be used as a safe and repeatable method to early diagnose cerebral palsy and it can provide basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.
