中西医结合治疗少弱精子症40例

L-carnitine Combined Liquid Decoction Less Spermatogenic Efficacy Asthenospermia

目的探讨左卡尼汀联合液化生精汤对少弱精子症的治疗效果。方法将120例男性少弱精子症患者随机分为3组,A组为联合用药治疗组,B组为左卡尼汀治疗组,C组为液化生精汤治疗组。治疗前、后3个月对病例进行精液对照分析。结果与治疗前相比,A、C组患者治疗后精子密度及活力明显提高(P<0.05),但C组精子活力的改善低于A组;B组治疗后精子活力提高,密度无明显变化。结论左卡尼汀联合液化生精汤可提高患者的精子密度和活力。

Objoelive To investigate the combined L-camitine on the less liquid germ soup asthenospermia treatment. Mothods 120 cases of male little weak sperm were randomly divided into 3 groups, A group for the combination therapy group, B group of L-camitine treatment group, C group of germ soup liquid treatment group. Before and after 3 months＇ treatment, we analysed semen of case-control. Rosults Compared with those before treatment, A, C group after treatment significantly increased sperm density and vitality （P 〈0.05）, but the improvement of sperm motility in group C than group A; B group to improve sperm motility after treatment, no significant changes in the density. Conclusion L-camitine co-liquefaction germ sour） can improve the patient＇s sperm density and vitality.
