摘要
目的:研究山楂提取物对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓细胞微核的保护作用。方法:用不同浓度山楂提取物液体灌喂实验小鼠,小鼠处死后检测小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。结果:阳性对照组的微核率与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),低、中、高3个剂量组微核率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:山楂提取物对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核具有一定保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Hawthorn Extract on micronuclei formation induced by Cyclophos- phamide. Methods: The mice were with intragastric administration of Hawthorn Extract in different concentration, and the rate of micronuclei formation induced was tested after breaking the neck of mice to death. Results: The difference of micronuclei formation rate between the positive control group and normal control group was stastical(P〈0.01); There was no stastical differ- ence of micronuclei formation rate among the low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group and normal control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Hawthorn Extract can provide certain protective effect on on micronuclei formation induced by Cyclophos- phamide.
