山楂提取物对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓细胞微核的保护作用

The Effect of Hawthorn Extract on Micronuclei Formation Induced by Cyclophosphamide

目的:研究山楂提取物对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓细胞微核的保护作用。方法:用不同浓度山楂提取物液体灌喂实验小鼠,小鼠处死后检测小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。结果:阳性对照组的微核率与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),低、中、高3个剂量组微核率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:山楂提取物对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核具有一定保护作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Hawthorn Extract on micronuclei formation induced by Cyclophos- phamide. Methods： The mice were with intragastric administration of Hawthorn Extract in different concentration, and the rate of micronuclei formation induced was tested after breaking the neck of mice to death. Results： The difference of micronuclei formation rate between the positive control group and normal control group was stastical（P〈0.01）; There was no stastical differ- ence of micronuclei formation rate among the low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group and normal control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Hawthorn Extract can provide certain protective effect on on micronuclei formation induced by Cyclophos- phamide.
