Determination of Aloin in Aloe Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Promosil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76);流速为0.8 mL.min-1;检测波长为355 nm;柱温为室温,进样量为10μL。结果:芦荟苷在0.01673-0.8365μg范围内呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.5%,RSD%为1.0%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、准确,重现性好,可用于芦荟胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a Determination of aloin in Aloe capsule. Methods： HPLC was applied, with column of Promosil C18 （25 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase of Acetonitrile- water（24：76）, flow rate of 0.8 mL per minitue, the detection wavelength of 355 nm, column temperature of room temperature, the injection volume of 10 μL. Results： Aloin in the range of 0.01673-0.8365 μg showed a good linear relationship （r=l）, the average recovery was 96.5%, RSD% was 1.1% （n=6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, specific, sensitive and available ; it can be used for Euphorbia humifusa enema quality control.
