铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Clinical Distribution and Drug Resistance of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

摘要 探讨本院2009年1月到2012年2月铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布情况及耐药性特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。选取本院2009年1月到2012年2月分离出的152株铜绿假单胞菌,用法国梅里埃全自动微生物鉴定仪对细菌进行鉴定,并做临床常用抗生素耐药性分析,用whonet 5.4软件进行统计学分析。152株铜绿假单胞菌主要来自于呼吸内科、神经外科和重症医学科等科室,标本主要来源于呼吸道感染的痰液标本以及脓液及其分泌物;结果药敏试验结果显示,亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿卡米星以及美罗培南对铜绿假单胞菌有较好的抗菌活性,耐药率依次为15.4%,17.0%,29.9%和23.8%。临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌主要来源于呼吸道感染的痰液标本以及脓液及其分泌物,耐药现象比较严重,临床应根据体外敏感实验用药。 To investigate the trend of drug-resistance rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa infected in our hospital from January in 2009 to February in 2012, for the guidance of rational use of antibiotics, clinical specimens from each department were collected for pseud- omonas aeruginosa isolation. The identification was conducted with automatic micro-Bacteria verification analyser, the drug suscepti- bility test was carried out by K-B method and statistical analysis was done with Whonet 5.4 software. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from sputum in the respiratory tract infection and most of them were collected from respiratory department and ICU. It is obvious from the drug susceptibility test that the resistance rate to IPM, TZP, AK and MEM was 15.4%, 17.0%, 29.9% and 23.8% ,respectively. The pseudomonas aeruginosa infected in our hospital was from sputum specimen of the patients ,The resistance rate was rising, It is necessary to strengthen the resistance monitoring of pseudomonas aeruginosa and the rational use of antibiotics to reduce the production of resistant strains.
