燃煤烟气处理用滤料选型及维护探讨

Discussion on filter selection and maintenance in coal-fired flue disposal

分析了燃煤烟气处理用滤料的主要失效原因,提出了针对烟气酸腐蚀、氧化、超温及过度清灰对滤料造成损伤的防护措施。结合燃煤电站布袋除尘器及电袋复合除尘器的应用实例,提出应从滤料选型、整机设计、运行维护的整个寿命周期考虑来延长其使用寿命的理念。

The main failure modes of filter used in coal- fired flue disposal are analyzed and countermeasures areissued on damages by flue acid corrosion, oxidizing, over- temperature and over- cleaning to filter. Com- bined with examples about filter used in FF and EFF on coal- fired plants,the idea of extend the service life of filter with more concerning on filter selection,designation, maintenance in the whole life -cycle is issued.
