On the Establishment of Public Ownership of the Means of Production and its Realization Forms

生产资料所有制形式决定人们在生产中的相互关系、产品交换和分配关系,而且还是识别迄今为止的各种经济形态的主要标志。苏东以生产资料公有制为基础的社会制度解体以后,特别是我国实行改革开放,公有制形式进行改革以后,有些著名专家学者对建立公有制,消灭私有制,实现个人所有制提出了质疑。因此,必须讨论清楚,取得共识,坚持公有制,实现个人所有制的理念不动摇!

Ownership of the means of production decides people's interrelationship in production,products exchange and distribution and it is also the main feature to identify current diverse economic forms.The social system in the former east Soviet Union based on the public ownership of the means of production has disintegrated.After China's reform of public ownership and opening-up,some famous scholars challenged the practice of establishing public ownership,eliminating private ownership and realizing individual ownership.So we shall reach consensus based on careful consideration and stick to the idea of public ownership and individual ownership.
