大学校长专业化发展水平研究——基于75所部属大学校长的调查

On the Professional Development of University Presidents:Based on the Survey of the Presidents of 75 Universities

本文通过对75所部属大学校长的调查分析,发现在大学校长职业化进程方面,我国与国外著名大学校长职业化水平的差距在逐渐缩小,同时,在教育理念、遴选制度、培训制度、评价标准等方面还需要进一步探索,以更好地促进大学校长职业化发展。

Through the analysis of the presidents of 75 universities affiliated to the ministry of education, the findings include： the gap of the professional level of presidents between Chinese universities and world-renowned ones has gradually been narrowed in the process of exploring professional development of university presidents. In the meantime, some fields still need to be improved, such as education ideas, election system, training system, evaluation system and etc. in order to further promote professional development of university presidents.
