摘要
本研究采用自编的"高职院校教师管理文化调查问卷"和"教师组织承诺量表"对浙江省6所高职院校864名教师进行测量,以了解高职院校教师管理文化对教师组织承诺的影响机制。研究结果表明:高职院校教师管理文化维度同教师组织承诺及其各维度存在不同程度的相关关系,前者对后者亦有显著的预测力。
On the basis of the questionnaire on faculty management cuhure and organizational commitment of teachers, the study is conducted among 864 teachers in 6 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province in order to describe the influence of faculty management culture in higher vocational colleges on organizational commitment. It is found that there are relation- ships between dimensions of faculty management culture in higher vocational colleges and those of organizational commitment and the dimensions of faculty management culture in higher vocational colleges may provide prediction for teachers' organizational commitment.
