摘要
泵站机组装置效率测试的主要目的是测试泵站技术经济指标,得出工程运行及管理所需的技术参数,验证工程设计中所采用的主要技术参数是否合理,是泵站技术改造和技术经济指标考核的重要依据。在进行实际机组装置效率测试时,由于平原地区小型泵站自身管路条件的限制,无法满足流量测量仪器设备安装的要求,故采用渠道断面流速法进行流量测量。并且由于小型泵站装机容量较小,采用双瓦特表法进行输入功率测量。通过工程实例应用,证明这种方法是可行有效的,并且适用于平原地区小型泵站的机组装置效率测量。
The pumping station unit efficiency test is to draw technical parameters of the project operation and management, by exa- ruing whether technological and economic indicators, and validate main technical parameters of the engineering design are reasonable. It is the basis for the technological innovation and assessing technological and economic indicators of the pumping station. The small pumping stations cafft meet the installed requirements of flow measurement instruments. So the flow is measured by the channel cross-section flow measurement method. And the installed capacity of small pumping station is less. So the input power is measured by two wattmeter methods. These methods proved by engineering examples are feasible and effective. And these methods applies to the unit efficiency test of small pumping stations.
