代谢基因多态与大肠癌遗传易感性 被引量:7

摘要 本文综述了与大肠癌化学致癌过程有关的酶系多态性与大肠癌的遗传易感性关系。谷胱甘肽 S 转移酶 (GST)为致癌物代谢有关的酶 ,GSTM1缺失与大肠癌有关 ,但尚不确定。肉类经高温处理可产生杂环胺 ,回顾前瞻性研究表明 ,NAT1 /NAT2快速酶与肉类进食量对大肠癌危险度有交互作用。亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶 (MTHFR)基因型val/val可降低大肠癌的危险度。细胞色素P4 50酶是多环芳烃与杂环胺类的重要代谢酶系 ,人群研究表明CYP1A1多态与大肠癌的易感性有关。
