昆明市人居环境宜居度评价

Livable Degree Evaluation of Human Settlement Environment in Kunming City

在分析城市人居环境适宜度的内涵的基础上,从自然、经济、人文三个层面构建了评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、多目标线性加权函数法和协调发展度模型,建立了城市人居环境的定量化评价框架。对昆明市自2001～2010年十年的人居环境宜居度进行了定量分析,结果显示:昆明市人居环境宜居度呈现上升趋势,其中,经济宜居度增长最快。探讨了人居环境与经济和人居环境与人文环境的协调发展度。

Based on analyzing the connotation of city human settlements environment suitability, this article establishes the evaluation index system from the aspects of nature, economy and humanities, and makes an integrated use of entropy method, the multi- objective linear weighting function method＇and the model of coordinated development degree to construct the quantitative assessment framework of the city human settlements environment. According to the quantitative analysis of the livable degree of living environment from 2001 to 2010 in Kunming city, the results show： the livable degree has been on the rise, of which the economic livable degree is fastest--growing. Moreover, the coordinated development degree of the living environment and economic and living environment and humanistic environment is further analyzed in this article.
