基质金属蛋白酶MMP-1及其抑制物TIMP-1在盆腔器官脱垂患者子宫主韧带中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-1及其抑制物TIMP-1在盆腔器官脱垂患者子宫主韧带中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法 (SP法)检测MMP-1及其抑制物TIMP-1在25例盆腔器官脱垂患者(POP组)以及20例因妇科良性肿瘤行阴式子宫全切术且无盆腔器官脱垂的患者(非POP组)子宫主韧带中的表达。结果:POP组中MMP-1的表达均显著高于非POP组中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非POP组TIMP-1阳性表达率高于POP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-1和TIMP-1参与了盆腔器官脱垂的发生和发展,其中MMP-1/TIMP-1比例失衡可能起关键作用。 Objective:To explore the expressions and significances of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) and its inhibitor TIMP-1 in cardinal ligament of patients with female pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in cardinal ligaments of 25 cases with POP and 20 cases without POP who underwent transvaginal total hysterectomy because of benign gynecological tumors.Results:The positive expression rate of MMP-1 in POP group was significantly higher than that in non-POP group(P0.05),while the positive expression rate of TIMP-1 in non-POP group was significantly higher than that in POP group(P0.05).Conclusion:MMP-1 and TIMP-1 are involved in occurrence and development of POP,and imbalance of MMP-1/TIMP-1 may play an important role.
