Analysis of Essential Oil from Amomum tsaoko by Extraction of Supercritical CO2 Fluid

利用超临界CO_2流体萃取(SFE-CO_2)技术从草果中萃取挥发油,并用GC-MS在线计算机信息检索分析技术,对解析釜Ⅰ、解析釜Ⅱ中的挥发油分别进行成分分析,得到81个峰和110个峰,分别鉴定出65种和93种成分。

By using the extraction technique of supercritical CO_2 fluid on Amomum tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire,essential oil could be got and then be applied to GC-MS online computer retrieval analysis.After a study on essential oil both in isolated pot Ⅰ and Ⅱ,65 and 93 components were identified respectively.
