隔药饼灸对肝肾亏虚型强直性脊柱炎Bath指数的影响

The Influence on Bath Index of AS Patients with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney by Using Herbcake Moxibustion

目的:观察隔药饼灸治疗肝肾亏虚型强直性脊柱炎(AS)过程中对Bath疾病活动指数和功能指数的影响,评价该方法在强直性脊柱炎治疗过程中的干预作用。方法:病例随机分为3组:隔药灸组、普针组和云克组。治疗3个疗程,分别记录治疗前、后各组AS患者的Bath活动指数BASDAI和功能指数BASFI。结果:治疗后隔药灸组与云克组在BASDAI和BASFI方面比较均P<0.05,其它各组两两比较P>0.05。结论:隔药饼灸配合云克治疗AS在降低Bath疾病活动指数和功能指数方面,优于单独云克治疗,是辅助治疗AS的一种新的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the changes of BASDAI and BASFI of AS patients with deficiency of kidney and liver treated by herbcak moxibustion and to evaluate its function.Methods：AS patients were randomly divided into 3 groups： herbcake group（herbcake moxibustion,acupuncture and 99Tc-MDP therapy）,acupunction group（acupuncture and 99Tc-MDP therapy） and control group（99Tc-MDP therapy）.After three course treatment,we analyzed the BASDAI and BASFI before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,there was a significant difference of BASDAI and BASFI in herbcake group and control group（P0.05）.But there was no significant difference between other groups compared in two（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is significantly more effective than control group to treated by herbcake moxibustion and 99Tc-MDP.For AS patients it is a new effective method to relieve the pain rapidly.
