摘要
教师教育者是教师的教师。国外教师教育者专业化发展研究包括教师教育者专业化标准研究、教师教育者身份认同研究、教师教育者角色研究、教师教育者发展途径研究等几个重要方面。国外相关研究表明:1)教师教育者与普通教师存在区别,其专业化标准远远高于普通教师;2)教师教育者专业化发展研究目前还未受到普遍关注,学术界对其专业化发展过程了解不足;3)目前教师教育者专业化发展包括自学研究专业化发展、培训课程专业化发展、学位课程专业化发展三种途径。
Teacher educator is a professional group which is defined as teachers' teacher.Foreign researches on teacher educators' professional development cover their professional standards,their identity,their roles and their ways of professional development,etc..The research results show that teacher educators are different from common teachers and their professional standards are higher and more complex than that of common teachers,teacher educators' professional development has not yet received prevalent attention and what scholars know about their professional development process is not enough,the ways of teacher educators' professional development include self-study,training project and degree courses.
