组织学视野下教师教育变革:从官僚组织到网络组织 被引量:1

The Teacher Education Reform from the Perspective of the Science of Organization:From Bureaucratic Organization to Network Organization

摘要 从组织学的视角看,官僚组织的现存危机、教育组织研究的启示以及教师教育的内在问题都是亟需对教师教育的官僚组织范式进行变革的逻辑依据。网络组织作为一种新兴的高效的组织范式,在欧美国家的教师教育中日益兴起,并且得到了实践证明和发展。在网络组织必将取代官僚组织的趋势下,把握网络组织的内涵、特征、变革条件和变革因素,推动教师教育的组织范式向网络组织范式变革,具有深远的意义。 From the perspective of the science of organization,the existing crises in bureaucratic organizations,the revelations from the study of educational organizations and the inherent troubles in teacher education are the logic bases to reform bureaucratic organizational paradigm in teacher education.As a new and high efficiency organization paradigm,network organization springs up in teacher education in European and American countries,and it has been proved in practice and developed.By the inexorable march of progress that network organization will supersede bureaucratic organization,it has a profound significance to grasp network organization's connotation,features,inducements and factors,and to build the network organization paradigm in teacher education.
