摘要
采用STAR-CCM+软件建立了除霜系统仿真模型,并对某款车型2种方案的除霜风管进行了计算流体力学仿真分析,确认方案2优于方案1。对方案2前风挡玻璃霜层厚度进行的动态模拟结果表明,在20 min时A区、A′区霜层已经有90%以上除尽,35 min时B区霜层已经超过95%除尽,满足GB11555—2009法规要求。试验结果中霜层的融化趋势和分布与仿真结果相吻合,验证了仿真结果精确性。
This paper establishes a simulation model of the defrosting system by STAR-CCM+ software and carries out computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation analyses on defrost air ducts of a vehicle model in two schemes.It is verified that Scheme 2 is better than Scheme 1.Results from dynamic simulation of the thickness of the windscreen frost layer show that over 90% of the frost layer in A and A′ areas has been eliminated at 20 min,and over 95% in B area eliminated at 35 min,fulfilling the regulatory requirements of GB11555—1999.Furthermore,experiment results of the melting trend and distribution of the frost layer are consistent with the simulation results,the accuracy of which is thus verified.
