北京市物联网应用标准体系框架研究

Study on Application Standard System Framework of Internet of Things of Beijing

近年来,物联网应用在各行各业大量涌现,与之形成反差的是物联网相关标准的建立相对滞后,应用建设缺乏协调统一,阻碍了物联网的进一步规模化应用。本文充分分析北京市物联网的发展现状及下一步建设思路,以全面支撑北京市物联网应用建设为出发点,结合物联网应用建设特点和标准化系统工程要求,构建了北京市物联网应用标准体系框架模型,设计了能够全面覆盖"感、传、知、用"4个层次的物联网应用标准体系框架。最后,本文对北京市物联网标准规范体系框架的推进思路进行了分析,提出北京市需要重点建设应用层和应用支撑层标准,并以应急领域为例,重点讨论建设物联网应用需要制定的几类标准。此项工作将有利于保障北京市物联网建设的标准化、物联网业务的互联化,促进物联网发展的科学性与合理性,进而为促进并带动物联网产业链的健康发展奠定基础。

Aiming at standardizing the development of the application of internet of things, this paper analyzed the current situation and trend of internet of things of Beijing, built an application standard system framework model, based on which designed the application standard system framework of internet of things. At last the paper discussed how to implement the framework. The achievements obtained will provide an analysis framework and theoretical basis for the further improvement of standard system of internet of things.
