骨髓增生异常综合征基因发病机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndromes.MDS)是一组以异质性的克隆性造血干细胞(hemapoietic terncell,HSC)/祖细胞(progenitor)紊乱为中心,主要特点是形态学上髓系细胞分化发育和功能异常,致无效造血,外周血中包括红系、髓系、巨核系在内的单系或多系细胞减少.并且有向急性白血病(acutemyeloid eukemia,AML)转化的风险。关于MDS发病机制的研究屡见不鲜,其中不乏各种理论的存在,包括因苯、放射线和抗肿瘤药等各种理化因素的致病机制研究。随着细胞生物学的发展,更多学者不再满足于外界致病因素的研究。开始深入探索MDs基因层面的发病机制。本文就近年来与MDS发病有关的几种基因、染色体研究作出综述。
