摘要 目的:通过观察重组人肠三叶因子(rhITF)对冷束缚应激大鼠的一般情况、血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素浓度的影响,探讨rhITF对应激致大鼠肠功能障碍的防治作用。方法:40只SD大鼠,随机分成A组(正常对照)、B组(模型对照)、C组(模型+生理盐水皮下注射)、D组(模型+rhITF皮下注射)。治疗7d后取大鼠肠组织,观察肠组织病理变化;检测血清EGF、DAO、内毒素浓度。结果:应激大鼠经rhITF皮下注射治疗后,食量、体重显著增加,肠组织学评分、血清DAO、内毒素浓度显著下降,血清EGF浓度显著升高。结论:rhITF对应激致大鼠肠道结构及屏障功能完整性具有显著的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the role of recombinant human trefoil factor (rhITF) in the prevention and treatment of intestinal barrier disfunction in stressed rats by observing the effects of rhITF on levels of serum EGF, DAO, and lipopolyseccharide (LPS) in rats with coldrestraint-induced stress. Methods Forty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group (group A), cold- restraint stress group (group B), group of cold-restraint stress and subcutaneous injection of saline (group C), and group of cold-restraint stress and subcutaneous injection of rhITF (group D). 7 days after randomization, the intestinal tissues were obtained for histological examination. Levels of serum EGF, DAO, and LPS were detected. Results After the treatment with rhlTF, appetite and body weight were markedly increased; the intestinal histological scores, DAO, and LPS were declined; and EGF levels were elevated the stressed rats. Conclusion rhlTF has a marked role in the protection of the integrity of intestinal structure and barrier function in rats.
