摘要
开发了一种树脂铸造模具的快速制造技术。在该模具制造工艺中采用了快速成形技术、硅溶胶翻模技术以及面层和背层树脂材料来制造树脂铸造模具,用该工艺制得的树脂模具的尺寸精度、表面光洁度和表面硬度都很高,与现有的木模和铝模相比,具有很高的性价比。
A sort of rapid making technology was developed to make resin casting mould. The rapid prototyping technology, the silicon sol translating mould technology and the face and back resin materials were used to make resin casting mould in this process. The resin casting mould made by this technology has high dimension precision, surface roughness and surface hardness, has more higher performance price ratio compared with existing wooden mould and aluminum mould.
