摘要
结合高锰钢材质独特的性能优势,针对水泥泵车上的薄壁耐磨管件,通过合理的铸造工艺设计,严格控制铸件的化学成分,选择合适的型砂及镁砂醇基涂料,获得了内部致密的耐磨管件。提高了耐磨管件的试压合格率及使用寿命,同原来的焊接结构相比,铸件的尺寸精度和外观质量显著提高。
Aiming at thin-wall wear-resistant pipe fitting for the truck mounted concrete pump, combining the unique advantage of high manganese steel with reasonable technical design, a wear-resistant pipe fitting with inner-compact structure could be produced. This technical process has improved the hydrotest rate and service life of wear-resistant pipe fitting. And the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality were also significantly improved.
