摘要 探讨伴有心脏受累的静脉内血管平滑肌瘤的临床特点和外科治疗。静脉内平滑肌瘤病发病率低,应提高对该病的警惕性,做到早期发现,并在诊断后一期行心脏及腹部肿物切除,二期行子宫切除和盆腔切除术,可完整切除肿物,减少复发。
