HPLC法测定跌打红药片人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1及三七皂苷R_1的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg_1、Rb_1 and Notoginsenoside R_1 in Diedahongyao Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立跌打红药片的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对跌打红药片的人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1进行定量测定。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.3948～7.896μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.10%,RSD=0.72%;人参皂苷Rb1在0.4036～7.072μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.68%,RSD=0.67%;三七皂苷R1在0.2048～4.096μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.82%,RSD=0.62%。结论:所建立的方法准确、快捷、重复性好,简单易行,可用于跌打红药片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Diedahongyao Tablets. Methods： The contents of ginsenoside Rgl, Rbl and notoginsenoside R1 in Diedabongyao Tablets were determined by HPLC. Results： The reso- lutions of the determined peaks of Ginsenoside Rb1 , Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 were fine at the lineatity range of 0. 3948 -7. 896ug, 0. 4036 -7.072ug and 0. 2048 - 4. 096ug. The average recoveries were 100. 10% with RSD 0. 72%, 99. 68% with RSD 0. 67% and 100. 82% with RSD 0. 62%, for ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 respectively. Conclusion： The quantitative method for determining the ingredient of Diedahongyao Tablets is accurate and efficient, repeatable, convenient and feasible, Diedahongyao Tablets.
