摘要
《水资源监测数据传输规约》的编制是在《水资源监控管理系统数据传输规约》的基础上的完善和扩展。《水资源监测数据传输规约》从7个方面对《水资源监控管理系统数据传输规约》进行完善,并对站号规划、工作状态、流量水量处理、雨量参数查询、存储补发功能、参数启报阈值和固态存储时间段间隔等的约定,以及通信信道的切换及报文的自动拆分功能、控制功能的使用、CRC校验算法等9个方面做补充说明和论述。以期《水资源监测数据传输规约》能在国家水资源监控能力、水文自动测报等自动化系统的建设中发挥作用。
Water Resources Monitoring Data Transmission Protocols〉 is perfected and expanded based on 〈Water Resources Monitoring Management System Data Transmission Protocol〉. 〈Water Resources Monitoring Management System Data Transmission Protocol〉 is perfected from seven aspects. And the protocol footnotes and discusses station number planning, work state, flow and water treatment, rainfall parameter inquires, terminal send data storage replacement function, agreement on parameter and quote threshold and solid state storage time interval, communication channel switching, message automatic split function, use of control functions, CRC check algorithm and so on. It is hoped that the protocol plays an important role on national water resources monitoring ability, the construction of hydrological automation system.
