摘要
根据不同的方法标准,利用电子万能试验机对改性沥青聚乙烯胎防水卷材试件进行拉伸试验,考察了拉伸速率和拉伸试样形状两个影响因素。结果表明,拉伸速率在100~150mm/min之间,随着拉伸速率的增大,改性沥青聚乙烯胎防水卷材最大拉力和断裂延伸率均变化很小,说明此范围内的拉伸速率得出的结果较为稳定也更准确。试样形状为150mm×50mm(矩形),这样能使最大拉力和断裂延伸率均达到一个中间值,可信度较高,且符合GB18967-2009的规定。
According to the different standard methods, the experiments were carried out by electronic universal material testing machine. The influence of the tensile rate and shape on tensile properties of the modified bituminous waterproof sheet using polyethylene reinforcement was mainly studied. Results show that, When the tensile rate between 100-150 mm/min, changes in the maximum tensile force and break elongation ratio of the modified bituminous waterproof sheet using polyethylene reinforcement were very small with the growth of the tensile rate. This result was more stable and accuracy by the tensile rate in this range. Specimen shape was 150 mm×50 mm (rectangle), which will enable largest tension and elongation at break to reach an intermediate value and higher reliability. The two parameters were in line with the provisions of the standard GB 18967-2009.
